Today I had a nice experience with a automotive service provider and I thought you might want to know about him. I needed to have my windshield replaced and my brakes repaired. Mike from Auto Glass (www.sandiegowindshield.org) came to my house and did a great job fixing both problems. He came when he said he would, charged what he said he would and did the work I asked him to do. No complaints! 

He quoted me a price and I accepted it. Then he called around and found the windshield $100 cheaper -- he called me back to lower the price! He actually passed that $100 cost savings on to me!
